Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
    • Includes tracking and insurance
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
    • Includes basic tracking

International Shipping

We ship worldwide, excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we accept returns within 15 days of delivery.

Return Process

  1. Request Authorization: Email our customer service at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive Instructions: We’ll provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return address.
  3. Package Securely: Include all original packaging and a copy of your invoice. Products must be unopened and in original condition.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to the provided address using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  5. Receive Refund: Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days.

Refund Information

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Amount: You’ll receive a refund for the product cost minus any shipping charges (unless the return is due to our error).

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products:

  • Opened skincare products (including face creams, serums, and treatments)
  • Personal care items (such as hand wash and makeup removers)
  • Any products where the hygiene seal has been broken

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
